Fabio is a highly experienced Executive Coach, developing leaders and leadership capability in situations that call for transformational change. He provides bespoke coaching programmes to senior executives, and works across sectors in a wide variety of companies.
In addition to coaching individuals and teams, Fabio also offers leadership development training and organisational development consultancy involving cultural change.
Fabio develops his clients’ leadership behaviours and people management skills predominantly through innovative, practical workshops.
His particular strength is in equipping line managers with the skills to get the very best performance from their teams. He draws on a wealth of personal knowledge and experience and uses this for the benefit of his clients.
Prior to becoming a coach, Fabio has over 10 years experience as Head of Engineering in the energy sector, building and leading the team through business and economic storms.
